Preparing, finalizing, and filing necessary documents for formations, dissolutions, mergers, conversions, foreign qualifications, DBAs, and UCCs in states and counties. Maintaining company corporate books and corporate governance administration. Drafting closing documents and supervising closings. Preparing and filing SEC-related documents. Preparing applications for various state licenses. Preparing and finalizing audit response letters. Preparing and maintaining due diligence databases. Process and manage Minority Certification application and prepare necessary documents to accompany application through approval.
Carol received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and is a member of the National Contract Management Association and National Association of Legal Assistants.
