Served as Vice President and General Counsel of the United States based wholly-owned subsidiary of the national oil company of the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire, Africa, which was primarily engaged in the acquisition of proved developed natural gas and oil properties in the Gulf Coast States of the United States.
Worked as an associate for Bracewell & Patterson in Houston, Texas focusing on corporate/securities.
