Practical Experience
Formerly, General Counsel, Executive Vice President & Corporate Secretary for Clear Channel Entertainment ("CCE"), the world's largest live entertainment company ($2.8 billion revenue). Dale served as a member of CCE's Executive Management Committee and CEO of worldwide legal affairs for CCE and its subsidiaries throughout the U.S., Europe, Latin America, Australia and Asia.
Formerly, Senior Assistant General Counsel and Managing Counsel for Maxxam Inc. and its subsidiaries. Dale was responsible for managing a wide variety of legal matters in several states, including regulatory, environmental, commercial, transactional and land use issues, litigation, public relations, investor relations, crisis management, insurance/risk management matters, human resources, employment and labor matters, safety issues, premises liability concerns, internal and external investigations and other matters.
Formerly, Managing Director of Major, Lindsey & Africa ("MLA"), the top-ranked legal search consulting firm in the world. Dale's primary focus was working with MLA's Global In-House Practice Group.
Practiced law at Baker Botts where he developed a business, litigation and employment/labor practice.
