Over 15 years of legal experience as a senior trusted outside and inside general counsel to numerous business groups in Texas, the United States, and internationally in industries including real estate, oilfield services, manufacturing, petrochemicals, and logistics.  Concentrates his practice on negotiating and drafting all facets of complex real estate acquisition and development projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential developments, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements; advising on commercial matters and business transactions,  federal and state regulatory compliance, corporate compliance and governance, and general corporate law.
