Formerly with Souter, Lipton & Luttrull, P.C., providing corporate, regulatory and litigation legal services to small-to-mid-sized businesses in various areas, including leasing, manufacturing, health care, real estate, and private pre-school development and operation, among others.

Formerly a shareholder with Looper, Reed & McGraw, P.C., and an associate attorney with Quilling, Selander, Cummiskey & Lownds, P.C. and Godwin & Carlton, P.C., all in Dallas, Texas. Handled all types of litigation matters through final resolution by settlement, dismissal, trial or alternative dispute resolution, including construction, bankruptcy, insurance defense, toxic torts, employment, health care, family and commercial/business cases.
